What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00. On your day of departure we ask you to leave the accommodation clean by 10:00. Arriving later or want to stay a little longer? Let us know and we'll see what's possible.

Can I combine the apartment with a studio?
Yes. You can combine one or more studios with the apartment, so a large group can be together while everyone keeps their own space and privacy. Ideal when grandparents come along on holiday, or when friends join you. Renting Casa Festi exclusively is also possible — get in touch and we'll make you a sharper price.

How does payment work?
On booking you pay a 25% deposit. The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
Cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and you receive a 100% refund. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival you receive 50%. For no-shows and early check-outs we charge 100% of the booking costs.

Is there wifi?
Yes. Wifi is available free of charge in every unit, on the terrace and by the pool. You'll receive the code on arrival.

Is there parking?
Yes, you can park free of charge on our own grounds.

Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately not. To keep things pleasant for all our guests, pets are not allowed at Casa Festi.

Is smoking allowed at Casa Festi?
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Outside it is permitted.
